Northeast helps businesses identify real estate opportunities in Westchester County, Fairfield County, Bergen County, Connecticut, Manhattan, New Jersey and the Hudson Valley. We also handle select distribution facility and build-to-suit assignments throughout the entire Northeast Region. The company has a main office in White Plains, NY.

Our focus is representing the user of commercial real estate as "tenant advocates". This specialty as a user representation company provides Northeast an objectivity in the marketplace not found in real estate firms that traditionally represent landlords. Experience
We bring over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate that has resulted in real estate transactions in excess of 4 million square feet. Our comprehensive skills in planning, market evaluations, negotiation, financial analysis and project management have been instrumental in performing diverse projects and assignments generating success for our clients.

History
Northeast Realty Group, LLC was established in 1998 by its principal David W. Post, who recognized the need to assist companies in the suburban markets of New York City by providing a more sophisticated level of service together with a disciplined approach to managing corporate real estate assignments. Prior to founding Northeast Realty Group, LLC, Mr. Post was with the national real estate firm of Julien J. Studley, Inc. for ten years.
